Host to the PGA's Mercedes Championship each January, the Plantation Golf Course at the high-end Kapalua Bay Resort offers upscale dining as well. Located above the clubhouse, the Plantation House has an incredible 180-degree view of the rolling golf course, the Pacific Ocean, and the island of Molokai; it's worth a visit for the view alone. The casual but sophisticated restaurant features contemporary island-inspired décor, with teak wood tables, hand-carved chairs, and lovely floral arrangements. Two levels of dining rooms and terrace and bar dining provide plenty of seating options. On the menu, you'll find a nice selection of creative salads, along with a variety of fresh fish preparations and traditional entrées.
