Located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Picholine is a great choice for dinner if you are attending an opera, ballet or play at the Lincoln Center. But chef/owner Terrance Brennan’s lovely, serene restaurant is also wonderful for any special occasion. The menu changes with the seasons, and the chef uses organic and local ingredients to create such dishes as the Diver Sea Scallops with Cauliflower Silk and Blood Orange Grenobloise and Heirloom Chicken “Kiev” with Chanterelles and Liquid Foie Gras.
