Owner Ken Aretsky’s popular, clubby,
low-lit Patroon is a chic steakhouse, but the
terrific kitchen turns out wonderful seafood
and poulty dishes, too. Steak Diana (named
for Aretsky’s wife) is prepared tableside
with brown butter, shallots and wine. A
rooftop deck makes summertime fun with
great grilled fare and chilled cocktails.
