Kuruma Zushi is an understated, small
Japanese spot located on the second floor
of a less-than-impressive Midtown building,
with only a tiny sign to alert you to its
presence. Impossibly fresh fish is served
with freshly grated wasabi and bright, fiery
shavings of ginger. And while many consider
this the pinnacle of sushi, it does come
with quite a sky-high price tag.
