salted squid, vinegar-marinated jellyfish

a private room for the multi-course chef’s
choice menu ($120 to $150), or, to savor a
simpler meal, choose from the restaurant’s
selection of sushi, sashimi and maki rolls,
as well as udon and soba noodle dishes.
