Exuberant New Orleans chef Emeril Lagasse, famed showman of the Food Network, runs this meat-centric dining room in the Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino, a sequel to the Crescent City original. Luxe appointments-–a baby grand piano, French doors, and linen-clothed tables-–make a seductive affair of the indulgence. All the steakhouse standards make the menu, along with specialties such as Creole-marinated rack of lamb, chateaubriand for two, and charred sirloin. Southern takes on seafood bear Emeril’s signature "Bam!" level of spice.
