This cool, sexy, ultra-stylish Midtown bistro is Daniel Boulud’s most casual outpost. His signature DB Burger is an excellent example of creative interpretation. Boulud builds a juicy round of beef and stuffs it with short ribs and sinful amounts of foie gras and truffles. He serves it on a homemade Parmesan brioche bun, with housestewed tomato confit (instead of ketchup) and a big vat of fries, perfect for sharing.
